Miami Joy Project is a Miami-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing happiness to children with special needs through thoughtfully planned birthday celebrations and holiday events.
Birthdays and holidays are supposed to be simple. But for children with special needs and medically complex conditions, they're often the hardest days to celebrate — hospital stays, therapy schedules, and physical limitations can push milestones aside.
Miami Joy Project exists to change that. We plan and host personalized celebrations — birthdays, holidays, and outreach events — so every child gets their moment, exactly the way they deserve it.
Every celebration is built around the child — their comfort, their favorite things, their pace.
Volunteers, families, and local partners come together to make every party possible.
Diagnosis, mobility, and ability never determine who gets to celebrate.
We show up with dignity and warmth — every family is treated like our own.
